Features:
Ratios and amounts of components have been studied to maximise the speed of gastric draining, this favouring the circulation intake of glucose and electrolytes. The nature of carbohydrates allows a glucose constant input into the hematic flow, this allowing to spare and/or restore glycogen in muscles, so delaying the feeling of exhaustion.
In order to compensate for main saline losses, the product brings the electrolytesi: Na, K, Mg, Cl. Endurance performances also require a balanced electrolyte integration, and in case this is not supplied the performance can be compromised, cramps may insurge, or precocious fatigue symtoms may occur.
Eleuterococcus is an “adaptogenous” plant, capable to increase resistance to the psycho-physical stress: this makes it suitable for sports where the physical commitment and the capacity to accept and coexist with fatigue are extremely important.

Indications:
The product is studied to rapidly reintegrate liquids together with electrolytes and glucides during long-lasting sport performance. Ideal for reintegration during training and competitions.

Instructions for use
Dissolve 1 sachet into about ml 500-600 water. Assume ml 50-100 solution at regular intervals of 15-20 minutes. In case of prolonged physical activity, we recommend not to exceed over ml 800/hour solution, in order to avoid gastric fatigue.
